The Board
An agile board for the people behind a review: tickets with story points, lanes with limits, sprints with a burndown and a velocity chart.
The app's Board section helps the team organise the work around a review: who writes which section, what is waiting for whom, what is due this week.
What is on it
- Tickets with a title, a description, story points, priority, people assigned, comments, files and links.
- Lanes (for example To do, Doing, Review, Done), each with an optional limit on how many tickets it may hold at once.
- The backlog: everything not yet planned.
- Sprints: plan a set of tickets for a period, then follow the burndown; the velocity chart shows what the team finishes per sprint.
- Reports, and boards linked to a review.
Working with it
- Move tickets between lanes as the work moves.
- Watch a ticket to get its updates; the Board's label in the app shows how many notifications are unread.
Some parts of the Board are still being built. This article will grow with them.
