The site assistant
The chat button on the public site answers questions about IAMB.AI from the site's own pages, and a person from the team can step in.
The chat button in the corner of the public site opens the assistant.
What it answers
The AI answers from the site's own pages and its FAQ: what IAMB.AI does, the plans, how to start, where to find help. It never invents prices, plans or policies; when the site does not say, it says it is not sure and offers a person.
A person can step in
- Choose Talk to a person, or the assistant offers it when it cannot help.
- Leave your name and e-mail address (and tick the consent box) so the team can reply, also after you leave.
- When a person from the team joins, the status says so, and the AI stays quiet in that conversation.
Your conversation
Conversations are kept for a set number of days, then deleted. Your e-mail address is used only to reply to you.
