Questions people ask
Is the Student plan really free?
Yes. It needs no card and does not expire. It includes three active reviews with up to six authors each, so you can take a whole review to publication before you pay anything.
Do my co-authors need a plan of their own?
No. Supervisors and co-authors join your review free, inside the author limit of your plan.
What is an AI reviewer run?
One AI job on one of your reviews: screening a batch of records, discussing a conflict, extracting a batch of studies, rating prior surveys, drafting or reviewing a section, or looking at the pages of a PDF. The AI tab of each review lists every job with its model, tokens and cost.
Does the AI decide what goes into my review?
Only as far as you let it. For each review, AI screening is off, advisory, a second reviewer, or auto-exclude above a confidence threshold you set. Every AI judgement is stored with its model, prompt, confidence and rationale, and a disagreement goes to a discussion like any other conflict.
Can a review screened with AI be published?
The paper states exactly what AI did and what people verified, in an AI-use statement generated from the job log, and AI tools are never listed as authors. Journals set their own rules on AI assistance, so check your target journal before you submit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you are on the Student plan.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, on every plan: CSV, RIS and BibTeX exports including the extraction data, the LaTeX project as a ZIP, and the decision log.
