The sections

The bar at the top of the app takes you to its sections:

SectionWhat it is for
ReviewsYour reviews as cards: progress, team, and what is next
BoardTickets and sprints for the people behind a review
CoursesFor teachers: building and grading courses
LibraryThis documentation, searchable, with an AI librarian
Help and AboutA short overview of the workflow, and what IAMB.AI stands for
SystemSite settings, for administrators only

Some sections appear only when they apply to you (Courses for teachers, System for administrators).

Inside a review

Each review has these tabs, roughly in the order of the work: Overview, Import, Duplicates, Title/abstract, Full text, Conflicts, Extraction, Related work, Manuscript, PRISMA, Checklist, AI, Export and Config.

  • Overview shows where the review stands, what comes next and why, and the autopilot.
  • Config holds the review's settings: question, criteria, team, blind mode and more.
  • AI shows every AI job with its model, what it used and how it compares with people.

The road

On the public site, every review shows its road: the eleven stages from left to right, where the review stands, and what is next. Finished stages are paved; a stage that cannot start yet says what it is waiting for (for example "Needs studies included at full text"). You can revisit any finished stage at any time.

Help where you need it

  • A ? next to a setting explains it, including how Cohen's kappa is calculated.
  • The Library (here) has the full guide. Search it, or ask the librarian a question in your own words.

Light and dark

The site follows your device's light or dark setting; the switch in the top bar changes it. The app's colour theme is chosen on your profile.
