  4. For your records

The Export tab downloads the review's data. Nothing is locked in.

Records and references

Choose which records:

  • all records;
  • included at title and abstract;
  • included (at full text);
  • excluded at full text;
  • excluded;
  • duplicates.

and a format:

FormatWhat is in it
CSVEvery record's bibliographic data, duplicate status, statuses at both stages, the full-text exclusion reason and retrieval, the AI's decisions with their probabilities, and for each screener: their votes at each stage, their votes before discussion (what Cohen's kappa uses), their reasons, labels and notes
RISReferences for any reference manager
BibTeXReferences with citation keys

The CSV opens correctly in Excel, accents included.

Extraction data

Extraction (CSV) gives the final extracted values of every included study, one row per study.

The paper

From the Manuscript tab: the built PDF, and the LaTeX project as a ZIP (every section, figure, table and the bibliography), ready for a journal's submission system.

Submitting to a journal? Most ask for the PRISMA flow diagram and checklist too. Both are on their own tabs, generated from the records. See PRISMA.

For your records

Keep the records CSV and the extraction CSV with the paper. Together with the process record, they let anyone check how each number in the paper was reached.
