What the AI work used
The AI tab counts jobs, AI calls, tokens and cost for each part of the workflow. How to read the table.
The review's AI tab shows what the AI work used, for each part of the workflow (screening, discussion, the extraction form, extraction, survey ratings, writing, the page check) and in total.
The columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Jobs | Background AI jobs that ran |
| Calls | AI calls those jobs made |
| Input | Tokens the model read: the prompt, the documents it opened, and, across the steps of one call, what it had already read |
| of it cached | The part of the input served again from a cache, at a lower price |
| Output | Tokens the model wrote |
| of it thinking | The part of the output spent reasoning before answering |
| Total | Input plus output |
| Cost | What the AI engine reported; some engines report none |
A token is about four characters of text.
Good to know
- Each call is counted as it ends, so a job that stops early still shows what it used.
- Each job keeps the model and effort it ran with, even if the site's default changes later.
- Jobs are listed one by one on the same tab, with their status and messages.
